Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the fact that Charge sheet is filed and the case is numbered as C.C.No.11 of 2015 and it is coming up for appearance of the parties, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2015, which is laid for the offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 r/w 4 and 5 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Hence, the petitioners/accused are at liberty to put-forth all their defences available to them under law before the trial Court for consideration. However, considering the old age of the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3, their presence in C.C. 11 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their presence. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
