This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973 by the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos. 1 and 2 seeking quash of the proceedings against them in FIR No.3O of 2022 on the file of the Suryapet II Town Police Station, Suryapet, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4O9, 42O read with Section 5l I of I.P.C.

2. Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the police, after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and it was numbered as C.C.No.272 of 2023 and therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if they so chooses.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall also stand closed.
