Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission is accorded. The criminal revision case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies before appropriate forum. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
