HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.15652 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the advance notification No.E4/693(5)/2017-NLR-1, dated 01-12-2017 issued by the respondent-authorities and seeks consequential direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner in service till he attains the age of 60 years.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, a Division Bench of this Court disposed of WP.No.19707 of 2017 and Batch, dated 22-08-2017 directed the respondent-Corporation to take a decision, regarding enhancing the age of superannuation of its employees from 58 to 60 years, within three months from that day and thereafter implement its decision.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
