THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.4962 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard Sri K.Ananda Rao for petitioner and Ms.Y.Kanakavalli for respondents.

The petitioner substantially complains against inaction of respondents in considering and disposing of representation, dated 19-11-2012 as illegal and arbitrary.

Through representation dated 19-11-2012, the petitioner requests consideration of calculating interest at 18% on delayed payments.

Without going into the merits of the matter, in stead of keeping the writ petition pending, this court is satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

The respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 19-11-2012 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this court has not considered the merits of the matter while disposing of this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ S.V.BHATT, J Date:18-10-2016 Prv
