THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4241 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 18.04.2017 in Memo SR No.4227 of 2017 in C.C.No.786 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Eluru, West Godavari District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the memo is filed on the ground that the petitioner filed transfer application before the court of Principal District Judge, Eluru, for transfer of C.C.Nos.69 of 2017 and 71 of 2017 to be tried along with other cases on its file. Learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the learned Principal District Judge, Eluru, allowed the transfer petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the present petition has become infructuous. 5.
