ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Sri P.N.Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after fling of this Company Petition, the respondent has

deposited the E.P. amount excluding the interest. As the respondent has paid the principal amount, it is appropriate for the petitioner to seek enforcement of the decree by pursuing the pending E.P.

Subject to this liberty given to the petitioner, the Company Petition is closed.
