The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of the complaint dated 6.1.2015 against the 5th respondent, the fourth respondent has not taken any action.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that on the basis of above complaint, the fourth respondent registered a case in Cr.No. 85 of 2015 under Sections 447, 341 and
506 IPC on 2.3.2015, took up investigation, examined and recorded statements of witnesses, visited the scene of offence and conducted a panchanama. In view of the said submission, no orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. Hence the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to complete the investigation and take up further steps in accordance with law expeditiously. Miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
