This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.925 of 2015 from the file of the Additional Family Court at Hyderabad and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District.

A perusal of the record reveals that this Court granted stay of all further proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.925 of 2015 on 24.08.2016 for a period of three weeks.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the Additional Family Court at Hyderabad disposed of F.C.O.P.No.925 of 2015 on 18.08.2018 and he filed certified copy of the order to that effect.

A perusal of the certified copy of the order clearly reveals that F.C.O.P.No.925 of 2015 was disposed of on 18.08.2018. In view of the disposal of F.C.O.P.No.925 of 2015, the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
