This criminal petition is filed, under Section 440(2) of Cr.P.C., seeking relaxation of the condition imposed against the petitioner-accused No.3, while granting bail, by order dated 12.7.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.433 of 2017 on the file of the Court of I Additional Sessions Judge, Anantapuramu.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.
