This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.21.01.2013 in I.A.No.1418 of 2012 in O.S.No.400 of 2012 passed by the II Additional District Judge, R.R. District, at NTR Nagar in an application filed under Order XXXVII Rule 5 of CPC. But, no interim stay was granted by this Court. However, the suit itself was disposed of on 28.07.2014.

Therefore, the revision petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
