HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT C.R.P. No.3079 OF 2016 ORDER:

The defendants in O.S. No.235 of 2015 are the revision petitioners. The revision petitioners invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for appropriate directions to the learned Senior Civil Judge for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.362 of 2015. The revision petitioners submit that counter in the said application was filed long ago. The trial Court ought to have completed enquiry as required by law and passed orders. Since the application is not disposed of, the petitioners pray for expeditious disposal.

Counsel appearing for the respondents does not oppose the request. The C.R.P. is disposed of by this order:

The trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.362 of 2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs.
