THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5168 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A2, A4 and A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.630 of 2017 on the file of the VII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, against them. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners/A2, A4 and A5 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of petitioners is not in dispute, their presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioners/A2, A4 and A5 in C.C.No.630 of 2017 on the file of the VII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever their presence is required by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
