HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.2O94O OF 2O2O ORDER:
According to the petitioner, he is tenant of the premises bearing house No.2-9 1/ 13, Plot No.1, Baryaj aya Residency, White Fie1d, Kondapur, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy district, comprising of ten plots and is running M/s. K.S.R. PG AND GUEST HOUSE in the said premises after obtaining lease from the 4fr respondent. Petitioner now alleges that at the instance of 4th respondent, respondent-Police are interfering in the possession of the said property and trying to throw the petitioner out of the house and such action is illegal.

In other words, the grievance of the petitioner is that Police are interfering in inter se civil disputes between the petitioner and the owner of the property and the same is not valid in law. It is needless to observe that Police shall not interfere in inter se civil disputes and, therefore, Police are directed not to interfere in inter se civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. It is needless to observe also that if any crime is registered concerning the property in issue or against the petitioner, the Police are entitled to investigate into the crime. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
