HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.9048 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-A.8 to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.150 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mangalagiri town police station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420,463,468,467,471,506,323,120-B and 34 of I.P.C. on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant.

2. Pending disposal of the criminal petition, both the parties present before the Court and the defacto-complainant filed a petition along with an affidavit seeking to permit her to compound the offences in the above crime as they have settled their disputes between them amicably with the intervention of elders. By virtue of the compromise between the parties and as they want to purchase peace, they are permitted to compound the offences supra in the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings in Cr.No.150 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mangalagiri town police station, Guntur District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
