HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17051 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings of the first respondent bearing RC.No.A1/20661/2002-6, dated 23.08.2002 so far as the petitioner herein is concerned and the consequential order of the second respondent vide Rc.No.A1/4299/2002, dated 24.08.2002 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

This Court, while admitting the writ petition on 06.09.2002 suspended the proceedings. Again, on 22.01.2003, this Court directed the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2002. The subject matter of the writ petition pertains to transfer of the writ petitioner.
