Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 12.03.2012 made by the petitioner seeking to incorporate her name in the revenue records in respect of land to an extent of 2711 square yards out of total extent of 3633 square yards in Plot No.83, T.S.No.20, Block-P, Ward No.11 in Survey No.117 (New Survey No.266) situated at Road No.11, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of her representation, at the earliest.

The learned Government Pleader for revenue submits that he has no objection for disposal of the representation of the petitioner, if the same is still pending consideration. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is

disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 12.03.2012 made by the petitioner, if it is still pending consideration, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
