HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.36037 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in issuing the proceedings, dated 05.10.2016, and notice, dated 18.10.2016, respectively, requiring him to remove the alleged unauthorised constructions made by him in the subject premises situated in R.S.No.130/2J of Pamarru Village and Mandal, Krishna District. It is the grievance of the petitioner that pursuant to the aforesaid proceedings and notice, he submitted his explanations on 12.10.2016 and 20.10.2016, but, without considering the same, the respondent authorities are threatening to demolish his property.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

Since the explanations submitted by the petitioner to the impugned proceedings and notice are pending consideration, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and pass final orders in accordance with law. Till such time, the respondent authorities shall not take any coercive step for demolition.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
