HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.619 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that in view of the orders passed by the All India Council for Technical Education and the University in pursuance of the order, dated 15.07.2015, passed by this Court, no further order is necessary and the writ appeal may be allowed, setting aside the order in Writ Petition No.20075 of 2015. Writ appeal is accordingly allowed. The impugned order passed in Writ Petition No.20075 of 2015 is set aside. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
