Nagarjuna Reddy) The order dated 02.12.2003 in Rev.M.A.No.3093 of 2003, confirming the order dated 25.08.2003 in O.A.No.10775 of 2002 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity "the Tribunal") is assailed in this writ petition.

Sri A. Satya Prasad, Senior Counsel, representing Sri V. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of the events that have transpired subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, including cancellation of G.O.Ms.No.538, dated 20.11.1998, and issue of various set of Rules subsequently, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
