Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Thimothi, learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent.

It is agreed by both sides that the issue raised in the Writ Petition is covered by order dt.18-07-2017 in W.P.No.17946 of 2017 and batch.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the said order and the respondents are granted four (04) weeks time to pay the petitioners arrears of House Rent Allowance and City Compensatory Allowance as per the said order. No costs. 4.

Consequently, the W.V.M.P.No.5070 of 2016 is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
