This writ petition is filed alleging that respondent No.2 is not investigating into the Crime No.276 of 2019 registered against respondents 3 to 7.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that investigation is completed and appropriate report will be filed within four weeks. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned Station House Officer to file charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
