Women P.S., Khammam District in so far as the petitioners / Accused No. 2 to 6 is concerned, being illegal and arbitrary and to pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of Justice.

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.71 of 2020 of Women Police Station, Khammam, Khammam District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, that charge-sheet has been filed in the subject crime before the Court concerned and the Calendar Case is numbered.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition iS dismissed aS infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Crintinal Petition shall stand closed.
