This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No.A1/278/2017, dated 26-08-2017 of the 3rd respondent, wherein the house permission granted in favor of the petitioners was cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue remedy before the Government in the revision filed by the petitioners. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
