THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT APPEAL Nos. 909, 910, 911 and 913 of 2015 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Heard Sri V. Venugopala Rao, learned counsel for the appellant for the institute for considerable length of time. When it was pointedly drawn attention of the learned counsel for the appellant that if this bench were to pass an appropriate order on merits in this writ appeal, the appellant herein cannot thereafter press the vacate stay petition, if any, moved or likely to be moved seeking dissolution of the exparte interim order. Since, the learned single Judge has not assigned any reasons for passing such an exparte interim order, the learned counsel for the appellant has preferred the vacate stay petition to be pursued.

Hence, we decline to entertain this writ appeal and permit the appellant herein to pursue the remedy of pressing the vacate stay petition. Therefore, all the writ appeals shall stand disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
