Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.V.V.Satyanarayana, Standing Counsel for 1st respondent. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that 1st respondent has not furnished copy of the approved final promotion list and seniority list in the cadre of Divisional Manager of the 1st respondent-Corporation.

Counsel for the 1st respondent has furnished to the counsel for petitioner copy of the tentative seniority list of Divisional Managers as on 01.05.2011 and another list containing service details of Divisional Managers for promotion to the post of General Manager as on 01.01.2013. 4.

There appears to be no final seniority list of Divisional Managers prepared by the 1st respondent, since the counsel for 1st respondent states that except these two documents which are produced before this Court, there is no such final seniority list.

Since the petitioner has already been furnished these two documents and since the final seniority list is admittedly not in existence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
