Against the Order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') ordering notice to the respondents, while admitting OA.No.1439 of 2016, the applicants filed the present Writ Petition.

At the hearing, Mr.P.V.Krishnaiah, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as per the practice being adopted by the Tribunal, once a notice is ordered, it is not considering interim reliefs even after service of notice. He has further submitted that though he has asked for larger interim relief in paragraph 10 (i) of the OA, his clients will be satisfied if lesser part of the relief viz., to dispose of the petitioners' representation before affecting further promotions to the post of Deputy Tahsildar, is granted.

After hearing the learned Government Pleader for Services (TS), we are of the opinion that no harm will be caused to any one's interest, if the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted.

A perusal of the record shows that the

petitioners have made representation, dated 24-032016, to respondent No.4. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the entitlement or otherwise of the petitioners to the reliefs claimed by them before the Tribunal, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 2403-2016, dispose of the same and communicate the decision thereon to petitioner No.1 on behalf of himself and all other petitioners as agreed to by their Counsel within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
