WRIT PETITION NO. 20024 OF 2008 O R D E R :
At the request of learned counsel appearing for both the parties the writ petition underwent a few adjournments to enable the petitioner to amicably sort out the issues canvassed in the writ petition.
2. Today at the time of hearing, Sri E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar for petitioner submits that the petitioner in all has deposited Rs.83,000/- towards arrears of rent payable to the society, now the enhanced rent is agreed at Rs.8000/- per month w.e.f. 01/01/2016 and on a few issues particularly arrears of rent, he requests the Court to permit the petitioner to make representation to respondents having regard to the concession shown supra and the fourth respondent may be directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders.
3. From the above, it is clear the petitioner intends to work out the available options with the fourth respondent. Sri Narayana
Rao appearing for fourth respondent submits that some reasonable time may be given to the petitioner for making representation and fourth respondent will consider the totality of circumstances and take appropriate decision.
4. I am satisfied that writ petition can be disposed of by this order:
a) Petitioner is given three weeks' time from the date of receipt of this order to file representation as indicated above and the fourth respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation within two months thereafter.
5. The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
