HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.31363 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to declare the inaction of 1st respondent to stop and demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction being made by the 2nd respondent at house NO.3-7-92, Osmanpura, Sangareddy, Medak District as illegal and null and void.

This Court while issuing notice before admission on 08-10-2012 passed the following interim order:

"The first respondent is at liberty to examine the representations of the petitioner, dated 02-01-2012 and 10-09-2012, in accordance with law, and take any necessary action as per the prescribed procedure in respect of the subject matter of the writ petition, notwithstanding the pendency of this writ petition and if any such action is taken, the same may be placed before this Court on the next date of hearing".

None appears for the petitioner.

Heard Sri N.Praveen Kumar for respondent No.1. It is stated that appropriate action was taken on the representation dated 10-092012 made by the petitioner. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
