THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2236 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 15.05.2013 in I.A.No.167 of 2013 in I.A.No.84 of 2013 in O.S.No.29 of 2013 passed by the Vacation Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. However, as there was no stay during the pendency of this revision, the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 24.02.2014. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
