HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32206 of 2016 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed application No.N12, dated 28.02.2015 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014 seeking regularization of his plot No.A-35 Part (North side portion) in Survey No.96 (94/part) admeasuring 200 square yards, situated at Nizampet Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. But the same is not disposed of till today. Pending the same, the respondent authorities are interfering with possession and enjoyment of the petitioner and erecting fencing wire in the petitioner's land without following due process. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
Since it is stated that the application submitted by the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 28.02.2015 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
