This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the cancellation orders cum resumption notice in Lr.No.IP/PSM/Ph.III/P246/A/2007-08, dated 31.01.2013 issued by the respondent corporation as illegal and arbitrary and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
