The Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt Writ Petition No.14784 of 2008 Order:

The petitioner prays for a Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, in deducting labour cess @ 1% from the bills payable to the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal.

Mr.Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the prayer in the instant Writ Petition was considered and decided by this Court in a batch of cases reported in Cormandel Prestcrete Private Limited, rep. by its Director, Dr.Koya Ravindranath vs. State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by Principal Secretary to Government, Irrigation and CAD Department, Hyderabad1. He requested this Court to dispose of this Writ Petition by following the said decision. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by following the decision referred to above.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 10-07-2008 is vacated and WPMP.No.19106 of 2008 is disposed of as infructuous.
