THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24097 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed by petitioner challenging the action of 4th respondent in not registering any crime on a complaint dt.09-07-2016 made by petitioner against the 5th respondent.

Petitioner's main grievance is that he married one Meghana, who is the daughter of Smt.Vijaya Lakshmi and that the brother of Vijaya Lakshmi by name Raghuram Reddy (5th respondent) and one Timma Reddy are not allowing the said Meghana to come and live with the petitioner. He also alleged that there is life threat from the said persons to him and that they were forcing him to sign consent divorce papers in the Ranga Reddy Court.

3. This Court, therefore, directed the 4th respondent to produce the said Smt.Meghana, who appeared before this Court today.

She stated that she married the petitioner 4 years back in the Registrar's office at Abids, but after marriage, the petitioner is allegedly harassing her for money and other items. She categorically stated that she is unwilling to live with the petitioner on account of the alleged harassment by petitioner for money and other

gifts.

5. Therefore, I am of the opinion that no relief can be granted to the Writ petitioner in this Writ Petition.

6. The Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to petitioner to avail any other appropriate remedy in the competent forum such as Family Court. No costs.

7. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
