CVNR, J & GSP, J WP 15696/2018 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing respondent No.4 to produce the petitioner's wife, by name, Malleshwari ("the alleged detenue") from his illegal custody and set her free.

Today, the petitioner and the alleged detenue have appeared before the Court and informed that they have reunited and been living happily with the consent of the parents of both sides.

In the light of the above subsequent event, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
