THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5169 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A4 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.8501 of 2019 on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally, registered for the offences under Sections 323, 504, 506, 417 read with Section 34 IPC and under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against them. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners/A1 to A4 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of petitioners is not in dispute, their presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioners/A1 to A4 in C.C.No.8501 of 2019 on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever their presence is required by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
