1. 19.06.202 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitionerAccused seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting regular bail to the petitioner in Crl.P.No.7798 of 2026 wherein the petitioner was directed to execute two personal bonds each for a sum of Rs.25,000/-.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a private employee and also lost his employment subsequent to his arrest; that the petitioner is not having any source of income and hence he prays that the petitioner is ready to produce two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each before the concerned Court.

Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.7798 of 2026 dated 12.06.2026, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for

a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge for trial of Cases under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) -cumXII Additional Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
