CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.15707 of 2018 Dt: 13.06.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce Baby Ria Agarwal, the three-year-old daughter of respondent No.1, who is also the grand daughter of the petitioner, before the Court.

In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court on 12.06.2018, respondent No.1 along with the child is present. On being persuaded, both the parties have agreed for the following arrangement: 1.

The custody of the child will be handed over to the petitioner on 18-06-2018.

Respondent No.1 is entitled to take the child with him on every Saturday morning commencing from 23-06-2018 and drop her back at the house of the petitioner in the evening of the following Sunday.

The petitioner also agreed that whenever there are special occasions like Marriage, Birthday etc., in the family or friends of respondent No.1, he will allow respondent No.1 to take the child with him and drop her back after the function is over. 4.

Respondent No.1 agreed that this arrangement will continue till such time as the competent Court of law decides on the permanent custody of the child.

Subject to the understanding reached between the parties as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
