This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction declaring the inaction of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not supervising the Shallow Tube Well

scheme to irrigate 100 acres of agricultural land by laying pipeline from the river Penna to the agriculture lands of the beneficiaries under the scheme in respect of Naraharipuram Village, Chapadu Mandal, Kadapa District, and for a consequential direction to provide irrigation facility to all the beneficiaries of Naraharipuam Village, Chapadu Mandal, Kadapa District, under the scheme through pipeline from river Penna."

At the hearing, Mr.M.V.Pratap Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.22950 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
