This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in issuing tender notice dated 20.04.2015, published in 'Enadu daily', Guntur edition, as contrary to the common judgment in W.A.No.1162 of 2014 and batch dated 09.09.2014.

The tender notice was published for allotment of 37 shops for a period of two years and the last date for submission of tenders was indicated as 29.04.2015, and the tenders would be opened on the same day itself. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
