This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of the 3rd respondent on the complaint dated 27-06-2019 lodged by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a case in Cr.No.602 of 2019 is registered basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and no further orders are required. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
