This petition is filed, by the petitioner, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.244 of 2013 on the file of the Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad District. The offences alleged are under Sections 148, 307, 149 and 147 IPC. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that this case was already quashed by virtue of the orders in Crl.P.No.5271 of 2013.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
