THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.342 of 2004 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri K.V.Satyanarayana, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, submits that in compliance with the interim order passed by this Court, in W.P.M.P.No.21978 of 2005 dated 10.08.2005, the petitioner has paid the entire tax dues of Rs.10,05,757/- and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
