Both parties filed a joint memo to compound the offence.
Heard both sides.
The de facto complainant by name Mandava Sujatha and the accused by name Keesara Venkateswara Reddy are present and have read over the contents of the petition. Both parties agreed for compromise.
This Court in Criminal Petition No.9567 of 2014 gave a finding for consideration to compound the offence punishable under Section 354 IPC.
In view of the petition filed for compounding the offence and having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel, compromise is recorded in terms of accompanying compromise petition.
Accordingly, Crl.R.C.M.P. No.495 of 2015 is ordered by compounding the offence. Consequently, the Crl.R.C. filed questioning the judgment dated 01.12.2005 passed in Criminal Appeal No.82 of 2004 on the file of the II Additional District & Sessions Judge (F.T.C.-I), Khammam, confirming the conviction and sentence dated 19.10.2004 passed in Sessions Case No.7 of 2002 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sathupally, is allowed and the revision petitioner/accused is acquitted for the offences punishable
under Sections 448, 354 and 506(i) IPC.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
