The Court made the following: ORDER

1'IIE HONOUITABLE SRI JUSI'ICE NI.S.ITANIACIIANDRA RAO CON'IEMPT CASE No.59 of 2021 ORDER:

Since the Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.20-12-2017 in W.P.M.P.No.52734 of 2017 in W.P.No.42535 of 2017, and since it has been filed only on 06-0l-202l,I am of the opinion that the Contempt Case is barred by limitation prescribed under Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed on the said ground with liberty to avail other remedy. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pencling, if any, shall stand closed.
