THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 46732 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not registering a crime in spite of the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.12.2016. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, respondent No.4 filed a counter-affidavit, wherein, it is stated that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, Crime No.2 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Hussainialam Police Station, for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. In view of registration of the above crime, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
