Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the 2nd respondent by filing an application for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 in Form 6 prescribed there under.

2. Granting liberty as sought this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
