This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not taking steps to stop the erection of aircell tower on the 6th respondent's residence, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned counsel for R2 and Sri Venkat Reddy Donthi Reddy, learned counsel for R8.

No interim order was granted by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for 8th respondent submits that the cell tower is already erected and is functioning as on today. Since the cell tower is already erected and is functioning as on today, it is open for the respondents to take appropriate action against the 8th respondent in case he has erected the same in violation of the Rules and Regulations made therein, by following due process of law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
