Heard both sides. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in insisting the petitioners to appear before the authorities and settle the disputes pending between their son and respondent No.6, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent Nos.3 to 5 are illegally insisting the petitioners to appear before the authorities to settle the disputes pending between their son Kondeti Udaya Bhaskar and respondent No.6. 4.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the allegations made in the writ petition are all false. However, he submits that any action taken by respondent Nos.3 to 5 would be in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to follow due process of law, in case they intend to summon the petitioners. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
