Some of the original allottees died and the names of their legal representatives are entered in the revenue records. While so, petitioners have requested for conducting of survey and fixation of boundaries. Several letters were addressed to the Tahsildar-6th respondent in the year 2005 and on 01.04.2005, the 4th respondent vide his memo in R.C.No.C/543/2005 directed the Deputy Surveyor, Bhoopalpally to demarcate the lands of some of the petitioners but the officials failed to do so. Thereafter, petitioners submitted another representation on 23.12.2016 to respondents 2 to 6 for conducting of survey and demarcation of lands. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two (2) months from the date of receipt of the F-line applications. 5.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
